FOOD SYSTEMS ASSESSMENTS IN THE CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC

WHH has been present in the Central African Republic since 2014 and implements several emergency response, recovery and development projects following a triple nexus 'humanitarian - recovery -development' approach. The organization aligns its program with national priorities, (notably the government's sectoral policies) and has articulated its country strategy around five priority areas namely food and nutrition security, vocational training and entrepreneurship, social cohesion, emergency response and the cross-cutting themes of program quality, accountability and innovation. In line with this strategic positioning, WHH is focusing on the transformation of food systems to support the collective efforts and commitments of governmental and non-governmental players.
