Beschafft wird die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Integration eines halbautomatischen Wafer-Prober-Systems zur elektrischen und temperaturabhängigen Charakterisierung von 200-mm-Wafern.
Das System muss für DC- und gepulste I-V-Messungen sowie für Niederfrequenz-Impedanzmessungen bis 10 MHz geeignet sein und in das vorhandene Keithley 4200A-SCS-Charakterisierungssystem integrierbar sein.
Der Lieferumfang umfasst unter anderem einen temperaturgeregelten Chuck mit einem Bereich von -60 °C bis +300 °C, sechs elektrische Sonden, ein automatisiertes Mikroskop mit CCD-Farbkamera, eine seitliche Kamera im Prober-Raum, einen vibrationsgedämpften Tisch sowie einen PC mit Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC und Steuerungssoftware.
Technische Anforderungen beinhalten einen XY-Verfahrweg von ca. 210 × 300 mm mit einer Auflösung von mindestens 0,5 μm, eine Z-Auflösung von mindestens 0,2 μm, eine optische Vergrößerung bis 40×, eine Kameraauflösung von mindestens 6 MP bei 120 fps und eine Temperatureinstellung in Schritten von 0,1 °C.
Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and integration of a semi-automatic wafer prober system for the electrical and temperature-dependent characterization of 200 mm wafers. The system shall support DC and pulsed I-V as well as low-frequency impedance measurements up to 10 MHz and shall be integrated with the existing Keithley 4200A-SCS characterization system. The scope includes the prober, temperature-controlled chuck, electrical probes, optical and camera systems, control hardware and software, cabling and interfaces, installation, commissioning, operator training and integration support.
